While we have the requisite skill and experience to successfully handle a dispute from the commencement of a lawsuit through trial and appeal, we recognize that litigation is not always the best course. We often times urge our clients to explore alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as mediation, conciliation, and arbitration which are usually simpler and more efficient.
